This page covers SideKick Brain only. For help with the SideKick360 app, use the support details on the main site.
Email support@sidekick360.net with your question. If you are reporting a problem, tell us what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
We aim to reply within two business days.
A "brain" is a knowledge base you build about one person or one subject. You give it sources, then you ask it questions. It answers using only the material you gave it, and it shows you which source each part of the answer came from.
When your question is not covered by the material, it says so plainly and then gives you a clearly labelled general answer instead of inventing a quote. It will not attribute words to a person that are not in the sources you provided.
Open the menu at the top left and choose Create a new brain. A name is all that is required. The persona and style fields are optional and shape how the answers read, not what they are based on.
There are two ways to give a brain material, and both work from inside the chat:
Both are limited to five uses per hour per account, which keeps costs predictable. If you hit the limit, the app tells you and you can continue in an hour.
That message means the brain has no material yet, so there is nothing for it to answer from. Add sources with Improve Database or by pasting a link, then ask again. A brand-new brain is empty until something is added.
So you can check it. Every claim drawn from your material is followed by the source it came from, and the full list appears under the answer. If you see an answer with no sources listed, it is a general answer rather than one drawn from your material, and it will say so.
Three. SideKick Brain is free and there is nothing to buy inside the app. If you try to create a fourth, the app will tell you it is not included.
Menu, then Customize a brain. Changes to the name, persona, or style take effect on your next question.
Menu, then Customize a brain, then Delete. This removes the brain and everything it learned. It cannot be undone, and the app asks you to confirm first.
Email support@sidekick360.net from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will remove the account and the brains and material attached to it, and confirm by reply.
Most answers arrive within about fifteen seconds, and a long or unusual question can take longer. If the app says it could not reach the archive, ask again. If it keeps happening, email us with the brain name and roughly when it happened so we can look at that request.
Your brains and the material you add to them are tied to your account. Full detail on what is collected and how it is handled is in the privacy policy.
SideKick Brain sends your questions and your sources to AI providers in order to produce answers. The app asks for your agreement to that before your first question.
