Acceptance

By using SideKick360 ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

SideKick360 provides AI-powered voice calling, chat, and contact center features. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes, harassment, or spam.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the Service.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity during AI-placed calls.
• Use the Service to place calls without the recipient's consent where required by law.

AI Disclosure

When SideKick360 places calls on your behalf, the AI assistant will identify itself as an AI at the start of the call. You agree not to instruct the AI to conceal its nature.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Free tier: Includes 15 minutes of AI-powered calls. After that, voice features continue with basic text-to-speech.
• Starter subscription: Billed at $3.99 per month through the Apple App Store. Includes 20 minutes per month. Your first week is free. Cancel anytime during the first week for no charge.
• Silver subscription: Billed at $4.99 per week through the Apple App Store. Includes 45 minutes per week. Your first week is free. Cancel anytime during the first week for no charge.
• Gold subscription: Billed at $9.99 per week through the Apple App Store. Includes 90 minutes per week and Call Shield. Your first week is free. Cancel anytime during the first week for no charge.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period.

SideKick360 for Business

Business plans ($29, $79, and $149 per agent per month) are available for small business teams. Business plans are billed monthly and include additional features such as call routing, IVR, analytics, and API access. Contact us for details.

Limitation of Liability

SideKick360 is not responsible for the outcome of any calls placed by the AI on your behalf. The AI may make mistakes, misunderstand instructions, or encounter technical issues. You are responsible for verifying any information obtained through the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
